Snapdragon 835, found in HTC U11, is manufactured through a 10nm technological process. It has 8 cores running at up to 2.45GHz. The chip is a direct successor to Snapdragon 820 and has been developed in partnership with Samsung. Compared to Snapdragon 820, it is 30% smaller, has 27% higher performance and is 40% more energy-efficient. Moreover, it boasts the new Quick Charge 4.0 technology providing 20% faster charging compared to Quick Charge 3.

Snapdragon 820, found in LG G5, is a 64-bit mobile chip by Qualcomm, manufactured through a 14nm technological process. It features four Kryo cores – two running at up to 2.15 GHz and other two – at up to 1.6 GHz. The mobile chip supports the LTE Cat 12/13 technology with a download speed of up to 600 Mbps, and upload speed up to 150 Mbps. Furthermore, it boasts Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11ac 2×2 MU-MIMO, support of 4K screens, up to 25MP cameras and 4K video recording. Also available are Quick Charge™ 3.0 and WiPower for quick and wireless charging.
