4000mAh battery and metal construction

One of the key differences between the two K6 models is the larger battery that we find inside the Power version. Its capacity is 4000mAh which sound plenty for a 5-inch device. The manufacturer claims that one charge of the battery can give you as much as 48 hours of non-stop talk time or 13 days of standby. However, if that is not enough the power-saving features will come in handy.

In terms of design, the changes consist of a heavier body with a thicker side profile but that is expected when you take in mind the bigger battery. The smartphone is 9.3 millimeters thick and it weighs 145 grams which are still good. Otherwise, the construction is still metal with rounded corners that result in a comfortable grip. The rear fingerprint sensor is located on the usual place.

8-core Snapdragon 430 and 13MP camera

Lenovo K6 Power uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 mobile SoC. It’s an octa-core chip with eight Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.4GHz. The Adreno 505 graphics card and 2GB of RAM are also present. The internal storage is only 16GB but you can expand it via a MicroSD card with up to 256GB. The MicroSD card slot uses the second SIM slot.

The rear camera has a 13-megapixel sensor with autofocus and LED flash. It can capture Full HD videos. Meanwhile, in the menus, you can find various modes including manual controls. The front-facing camera is ideal for those selfie lovers out there because it is and 8-megapixel one.

5-inch Full HD display and Android 6.0 Marshmallow

The display still has a diagonal of five inches and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels that will result in a pixel density of 441ppi which means that the level of detail will be considerably high. The IPS matrix will ensure enough sharpness and contrast to make the colors look beautiful while it will provide enough brightness for the screen to stay legible even in outdoors conditions or under direct sunlight.

K6 is running under a customized Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. Lenovo has added it own user interface which includes some preinstalled applications and additional software features that add new functionalities and make completing daily tasks easier.
