ADATA releases the XPG SX9000 PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe 1.2 SSD

ADATA officially released its new SX9000 lineup of M.2 PCIe 3×4 SSDs. This is its fastest consumer SSD thus far. It surpasses the XPG SX8000 because of the balanced ADATA design and one other neat feature.

The new SSD will use a Marvell 88S1093 controller which is the company’s first NVMe one. ADATA’s new bad boy is rated at 310K/140K IOPS random 4K read/write. These ADATA M.2 PCIe 3×4 NVMe drives are set to reach  2800MB/s read and 1500MB/s write speeds. Another notable fact about this device is that it boasts 1000TB terabytes/total bytes written (TBW) rating. The ensured high speeds make this NVMe stick perfect for gaming enthusiasts, overclockers, graphics artists and other professionals.

You may also wish to know that the SX9000 employs MLC NAND Flash and is offered in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB capacities.
