HP Pavilion 15 gets the new 8th Gen Intel Core CPUs – specs, features, configurations and prices

It seems that lately, HP is stepping up its game on the laptop market. For instance, in addition to the AMD A12-9720P CPU, the HP Pavilion 15 can now also be configured with the latest 8th generation Intel Core processors which is quite the upgrade. In addition, the graphics options include NVIDIA GeForce 940MX (4GB DDR3) and AMD Radeon R7 (Bristol Ridge). You also get up to 16 GB of DDR4-2400 RAM paired with up to 2000GB HDD allowing you to store all your important files.

Display-wise, the notebook sports a 15.6-inch diagonal and either a HD (1366 x 768) TN panel or Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS one. In addition, the 23 mm thin device weighs 2.12 kg (4.7 lbs) including the 3-cell 41Wh battery unit. The HP Pavilion 15 works with Windows 10 operating system that should suffice most users’ needs. And finally – the connectivity options include a single USB 3.0 Type-C port, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, HDMI, SD card reader, audio jack, as well as Security Lock slot.
