日本Microwear is coming at Global Sources Electronics Exhibition at HK Expo
The world’s largest electronics sourcing show – Global Sources Electronics, is held every April and October at Asia World-Expo in Hong Kong. From 18 to 21 October gadget-lovers from all around the world can explore the variety of devices, AR/VR products, wearables and accessories.
A new smartwatch brand named Microwear will present its models during this time. The brand was founded back in 2010 and the initial aim has been to create a running device that encourages everyone to do sports for better health. That’s how Microwear’s first sport band X-RUN has come to the world. After that the company takes things to the next level as they start designing and building smart watches. Their goal is to ease people’s lives while encouraging them to be more active and healthier, taking advantage of modern technology.
Microwear smart assistants are excellent fitness trackers – they can monitor your heart rate, the number of steps you’ve made through a day, and also urge you to go for a walk if you’ve been procrastinating for much too long. What’s more, you are presented with many workouts presets such as walking, running, marathon, cycling, mountain. The smartwatches are also water and dust proof and have an IP68 certificate which means they can be submerged under more than one meter (three feet) of water for more than 30 minutes. Probably the best news, however, is that the devices are standalone so if you go for a run or a walk you can leave your phone at home – you don’t have to be always connected via Bluetooth to a smartphone.
