NVIDIA Quadro P5000 is a high-end graphics chip, announced in Q1 of 2017. It is part of the Pascal generation and relies on a GP104 core, constructed through a 16nm process. The successor of the Quadro M5000M consists 2048 CUDA cores, 128 texture cores and 64 raster cores. The memory bandwidth of the discrete graphics chip is 192.3GB/sec.
The GPU operates at a base frequency of 1164MHz and the available boost can increase it up to 1506MHz. The chip has a 256-bit bus, 16GB of GDDR5 memory, and its power consumption peeks at 100 watts. NVIDIA Quadro P5000 supports DirectX 12, Optimus, PhysX, 3D Vision Pro, nView and CUDA.
