In this publication you will find the Top 7 most popular laptops among our viewers. So, without further ado let’s jump to the machines themselves.

#1 Acer Nitro 5

Our number one is the budget gaming notebook Acer Nitro 5 that can be found several configurations. As far as storage devices are concerned, here you get a 1TB HDD + 512GB M.2 SATA SSD. Additionally, you are presented with 16GB (2x 8192MB DDR4, 2400MHz) RAM which should be enough for most gaming enthusiasts.

The similarities continue with the 17.3-inch matte IPS display with Full HD resolution (1920×1080 p). Its sRGB coverage is wide providing vivid colors and the maximum brightness is pretty high as well. What’s more, Acer Predator Helios 300 offers good battery life for a 17-inch gaming laptop. Gaming is further facilitated by the comfortable decent devices. As far as mobility goes, its dimensions are nearly identical to those of the ASUS ROG Strix GL702VS, which means that it’s portable for a 17-incher.

#4 Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575G

And so we move on to number 4 with Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575G. This is probably one of the most intriguing budget machines with a starting price of just $539.99. It can be found with several processors, among which we see the Intel Core i5-6200U, Intel Core i5-7200U, Intel Core i7-6500U, or Intel Core i7-7500U. Graphics-wise, we are looking at a similar situation – Intel HD Graphics 520, Intel HD Graphics 620, NVIDIA GeForce 940MX (2GB GDDR5), or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M (2GB GDDR5). Additionally, you get 8GB (1x 8192MB) DDR4-2133 of RAM, and your storage options are a 1TB HDD @5400 rpm + Free M.2 SATA SSD slot.

Display-wise, we are talking about a matte 15.6-inch TN Full HD display (1920×1080 p). Among the other perks of this budget fellow we find a decent touchpad and keyboard, no PWM above 17% brightness, USB-C 3.1 connectivity for ultra-fast data transfer and more. Acer Aspire E 15 (E5-575G) configurations


#5 ASUS VivoBook F510

Number 5 on our list is the ASUS VivoBook F510. One can find it with an Intel Core i7-7500U or Intel Core i5-8250U processors. As far as the graphics cards go, you have two options again – Intel UHD Graphics 620 or NVIDIA GeForce 940MX (2GB GDDR5). Memory-wise, you get 8GB DDR4, 2400 MHz. And you can store all your stuff on a 1TB HDD (5400 rpm) and there is also a 2280 PCIe NVMe slot.

Additionally, you can enjoy multimedia content on the 15.6-inch IPS display with Full HD resolution (1920×1080 p) which boasts high contrast and lack of PWM for brightness control. Furthermore, there is a nice touchpad and fairly decent keyboard. Last but not least, the device is quite portable for a 15-incher.

#6 Dell Inspiron 15 5577 (i5577)

Last but one on the list is Dell Inspiron i5577. It has numerous configurations but we shall touch upon the few more intriguing ones. The most affordable option comes with an Intel Core i5-7300HQ processor and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (4GB GDDR5) GPU. You can purchase this combo for only $968.99 which is quite reasonable. It also comes with a 1000GB HDD and 8GB of RAM. You can also lay your hands on a model with the same graphics card accompanied by Intel Core i7-7700HQ. This particular version has a 1000GB HDD + 128GB SSD for all the things you need to store, and 12GB of RAM to make multitasking easier. The maximum RAM you could get is 32GB, and the biggest storage config is up to 2000GB SSD + up to 2000GB HDD.

In the different configurations you can also find other differences – 15.6”, Full HD (1920 x 1080), TN or a 15.6”, Full HD (1920 x 1080), IPS display. Battery-wise, we are talking about a 42Wh, Li-Ion, 3-cell or a 74Wh, 74Wh, 6-cell unit.

#7 ASUS ZenBook UX430

And so we come to the end of our list with the ASUS ZenBook UX430. This is an extremely portable device with a 14.0-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS display which is fit into a construction typical of 13-inch devices. This stylish fellow impresses with 16 mm of profile thickness and weight of 1.25 kg. As far as storage options are concerned, you can get up to 2000GB SSD, which is more than great. Additionally, smooth multitasking can be ensured by using up to 16GB of RAM.
