Design

The laptop comes with a matte black exterior, which is decently portable, both in terms of weight and height, which stand at 1.69 kg and 18.9 mm, respectively. The lid of the device has a lift mechanism, which gives the fans on the bottom more room to breathe. The base has a carbon fiber look, but the whole laptop is probably made out of plastic, as Dell is really trying to make their devices as eco-friendly as possible.

Display

The display selection consists of two 15.6-inch panels. The first one comes with a 1366 x 768p resolution and uses a TN panel. The secondary display ups the resolution to Full HD and upgrades the panel to an IPS one, which has much better color reproduction.

Specifications and features

There are a lot of options when it comes to hardware, with you being able to choose from a total of eight processors, all from Intel. The entry-level system is equipped with the Celeron 6305 and the Pentium Gold 7505. After them, we get two Ice Lake U CPUs, the Core i3-1005G1 and the Core i5-1035G1, which have a tad more performance. The real stars of the show are the Tiger lake G-series, of which you get to pick between the Core i3-1115G4, Core i3-1125G4, Core i5-1135G7, and the Core i7-1165G7, which brings a ton of performance despite its TDP limit of only 15W.

In terms of graphics, you either get an integrated chip which depends on the CPU option that you go for, or you can pick the discrete MX350. Out of the integrated units, all of them can handle the basics, such as web browsing and watching videos or movies, but if you want more power, the Iris Xe Graphics G7 is right up your alley, with it even being able to handle some gaming.
