[FPS Benchmarks] Gears 5 on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (75W) and RTX 3050 (55W) – RTX 3050 Ti is 24% faster on average

Gears 5 is the successor of Gears Of War 4. The new title uses Unreal Engine 4 and it looks very good. At the same time, the game is well optimized and even a low-end GPU like the NVIDIA GeForce MX450 (GDDR6 / 25W) can show 536 FPS on High preset.

Despite that, if you have a high refresh rate display and you want to see high FPS values alongside bumped visual quality, your device should be at least a good mid-range machine. For this article, we have picked two entry-level RTX GPUs – the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (75W) and RTX 3050 (55W).

Verdict

Alright, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (75W) is 24% faster compared to the GeForce RTX 3050 (55W). However, both GPUs are worthy – the 75W sibling can show 66 FPS on Ultra while the 55W GPU is able to achieve 53 FPS on Ultra which is a good result too. So, again, the choice is in your hands and wallet.
