HP ENVY x360 13 (13-bf0000): Full Specs

Design

The Design of the Envy 13 is classic HP, with a base and body both crafted out of aluminum. As far as we know, only a silver color is available, but it still looks mighty fine, with the bold glossy HP logo on the back, and the sharp edges on the body. There’s also an ENVY printed out on one of the hinges. In terms of portability, the laptop weighs only 1.33 kg and has a profile of 16 mm.

Display

There are three display options to pick from, all with a 16:10 aspect ratio. The base model has an FHD+ IPS panel with 400 nits of brightness and 100% sRGB coverage. Then we have a QHD+ IPS display with the same brightness and color coverage. Finally, there is a 2.8K OLED display with up to 500 nits of brightness and 100% DCI-P3 coverage.

All three displays come with a gorilla glass cover, which makes for better durability and flex-resistance, while the flicker-free backlight ensures safe use even during prolonged workloads.

Specifications and features

There are two processor options for the laptop, with either the Core i5-1230U or the Core i7-1250U, which are very efficient chips that maintain a high core count. Both units have 10 cores and 12 threads. For graphics, we have the Iris Xe Graphics G7, which is okay for a convertible of this size. They can handle some productivity, thanks to the great encoding support that Intel provides.

The laptop has a 66Wh battery pack, which is quite big for a small convertible. It’s more than what some gaming laptops offer, so battery life should be pretty good with the 15W CPUs.

The I/O consists of two USB Type-A 3.2 (Gen. 2) ports with 10Gbps transfer speeds, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, and a 3.5 mm combo audio jack.
