Today, we have a notebook that falls in a very appetizing spot in the market. It is incredibly low-budget, but it may actually surprise you. As you know, this segment of the market is full of cheap laptops that have poor built quality, terrible TN displays, and hardware that can't offer much more than Web browsing, and media consumption.Thankfully, Acer paired the Aspire 3 (A317-33) with Intel CPUs, part of the Jasper Lake family.
