Moving on with the rest of the specs sheet, the latest gen 3D X-point memory is available here. Also, we can expect drives with up to 480GB of capacity to be launched. And when it comes to data transfer speeds, we are looking at up to 2600 MB/s read speeds, up to 2200 MB/s writes, and finally up to 575k/550k 4K random access speeds. As for endurance, the product has an estimated MTBF (Mean time between failures) rating of 1.6 million hours. All in all, the information we have so far is scarce, but you can keep track of our page to see the latest updates.
