Not long ago we’ve talked about the new Samsung 950 PRO M.2 SSD that uses the advanced NVMe technology instead of the old AHCI interface. The latter was introduced back in 2004 and worked fine for the HDDs, but it’s a show stopper for the new SSDs coming out now mainly due to the non-latency NAND chips.

Well now, Samsung welcomes us into the future with their new flagship SSD that uses NVMe (Non-volatile Memory Host Controller Interface) technology and uses the PCIe 3.0 x4 standard to its full capacity. This means ridiculously fast read and write speeds – 2500 MB/s sequential read and 1500 MB/s sequential write speeds. You get 5-year limited warranty covering 400 TBW (terabytes written) for the 512 GB version and 200 TBW for the 256 GB gumstick.

But that’s not all. Samsung is also offering a free Assassin’s Creed Syndicate game bundled with a Samsung SSD or monitor. Head over here to check out the newly released insanely fast 950 PRO M.2 SSDs.
