[FPS Benchmarks] Overwatch on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (130W) and RTX 3070 (85W) – the 130W video card is 32% faster

Overwatch is a really successful Blizzard game. This shooter gains a player base with its full of action gameplay and fun atmosphere. Technically wise, the game engine isn’t too demanding and even devices with low-end GPUs like the GeForce MX 250 (25W) can run it on Low details with decent FPS.

For our comparison, we have in front of us the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (130W) and RTX 3070 (85W) which are fast NVIDIA Ampere video cards. Without further ado, let’s see what these two are capable of.

Verdict

Well, it’s not a surprise that the 130W video card is 32% faster on average. Overwatch looks fine even on Low so if you don’t care much about details and you prefer FPS over visual quality, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (130W) can show up to 248 FPS on Low details.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (85W) isn’t slow by any means. It can push more than 144 FPS on Epic quality (158 FPS) which is fine for 144 Hz displays.
