Overwatch is another fine experience that Blizzard has created. The popular online shooter pleases many gamers with its unique, colorful, and funny gameplay. In addition, the game isn’t taxing the hardware too much and even people with older machines that can meet the minimum requirements can run it.

Let’s switch to newer devices and as always, we are going to present to you the performance of GeForce GTX 1650 [40W, 896 CUDA, GDDR6] and the GeForce GTX 1650 [50W, 1024 CUDA, GDDR5]. As you may already guess, the tested game is Overwatch so let’s inspect the performance of the two green GPUs.

Verdict

No surprises here, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 [50W] is just faster, especially when it comes to Epic quality the performance gap isn’t that small – 21%. This means more frames and in online shooters, these things do matter.

The good news is that Overwatch looks good even on Low preset. If your laptop has a 144Hz display you can turn down the visual settings without worrying that you’ll see unpleasant and pixelated graphics. For people who like their games to be always maximum eye-candy, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 [50W] is a good choice while the 40W variant isn’t bad at all but it’s just slower.
