We start off with Snapdragon 835, which is a 64-bit mobile processor developed by Qualcomm. It can be found in the smartphone HTC U11. This is the first Qualcomm chip manufactured through a 10nm technological process. Snapdragon 835 features eight Qualcomm Kryo cores – the first four reach a clock speed of up to 2.45GHz while the second four – up to 1.9GHz. Moreover, the chip offers a 25% increase in the graphics performance, 35% or 3 hours more video playback, 30% or 8 hours more listening to music and 43% or 3.5 hours more web browsing compared to its predecessor Snapdragon 820. The specs sheet is complemented by the support of up to 4K displays, up to 32MP camera or up to 16MP dual camera, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, LTE Cat 16 connectivity which provides download speed of up to 1Gbps and upload speed of up to 150Mbps, as well as Quick Charge 4 technology for faster charging. Here, the Adreno 540 GPU takes care of the graphics performance.

Moving on to Snapdragon 820, which is a 64-bit Qualcomm mobile processor available in the smartphone ZTE Axon 7. It is manufactured through a 14nm technological process and features four Kryo cores – two running at up to 2.15 GHz and other two – at up to 1.6 GHz. The mobile processor boasts LTE Cat 12/13 support with download speed up to 600 Mbps (Cat 12), and upload speed up to 150 Mbps (Cat 13). Furthermore, the specs are supplemented by Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11ac 2×2 MU-MIMO, support of 4K screens, up to 25MP cameras and 4K video recording. Also available are Quick Charge™ 3.0 and WiPower for quick and wireless charging. Here, the available GPU is Adreno 530.

And finally – Exynos 8895, which is a 64-bit mobile chip developed by Samsung. It can be found in the latest flagship of the company – Galaxy S8. Manufactured through a 10nm technological process, Exynos 8895 features eight cores – the first four are Exynos M1 and run at up to 2.3 GHz, while the other four are based on Cortex-A53 architecture and operate at up to 1.7GHz. In addition, the chip boasts LTE Cat 16 connectivity which will ensure download speeds of up to 1024Mbps and upload speeds of up to 150Mbps, up to 28MP front and rear cameras, 4K screens and 4K video recording at 120 fps. Thanks to the two mini processors for image editing, Exynos 8895 can work with dual cameras as well. Here, the available GPU is Mali-G71.
