Apple iPhone 6 vs Samsung SSD 840: specs and camera comparison

Maybe you’ve already seen our in-depth comparison between Samsung Galaxy S6 and Motorola Nexus 6, and also, the video stabilization comparison between Galaxy S6 and iPhone 6. Today we’re going to pit the iPhone 6 against another great Samsung product – SSD 840. The Korean competitor more than two times lighter, but the iPhone is just a hair thinner (6.9 mm vs 7.0 mm).

Specs sheet

Samsung SSD 840 has an advantage in storage speeds with 540MB/s sequential read (with its SATA III vs Lightning port), but iPhone 6 takes the crown when it comes to the camera quality.

Although we tried to shoot photos in different modes and scenarios, Samsung SSD 840 just didn’t live up to our expectations.
