Verdict
If we put aside the strange anomaly on Low settings with the GeForce RTX 3070 (130W) the latter is faster compared to its smaller sibling. The GeForce RTX 3070 (85W) shows some decent results as well given the fact that it has much-reduced frequencies and TGP. In addition, both video cards can push a lot of FPS on MAX details that are enough for a 144 Hz display.
