3 reasons to BUY the Lenovo Lenovo Yoga C740 (14)

1. The build

The Lenovo Yoga C740 has an all-metal build that looks fantastic. The premium feel is complemented by the thin profile, the dark-grey matte finish, and the low weight.

2. Battery life
In our hands, this laptop reached over 15 hours of Web browsing and 14 hours of videos! A very good result which is squeezed from a 51Wh battery.

3. The screen

The IPS screen (BOE NV140FHM-N65 BOE0855) of this notebook has comfortable viewing angles, good contrast ratio (1170:1), and it covers 91% of the sRGB. The panel doesn’t use PWM to adjust its brightness levels so you can use it for prolonged periods.

2 reasons NOT to BUY the Lenovo Lenovo Yoga C740 (14)

1. Soldered RAM

Yes, the RAM of Lenovo Yoga C740 is soldered that means no possible future upgrade. So, if you need more RAM after some time you have to buy a new device which is a shame.

2. The I/O

This device doesn’t have a lot of ports – three USB Type-C 3.1 (Gen. 1) ports and a headphone jack. That’s all.
