Verdict
Well, it seems that League Of Legends favors TGP and frequencies over raw power because the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (130W) simply crashes the RTX 3070 (85W), at least in this game. On the other hand, the performance of the 85W GPU looks enough even for 240 Hz displays while using Ultra quality.
