My brother recently bought a HP Omen laptop. Although the deal was relative to the date, he didn’t get the Red Dead Redemption 2 game included with it. He hasn’t “activated” the deal and I was wondering if it is still possible to activate it and download the game.

I bought a laptop in January 2020 that has I7 and have contacted HP 4 times still haven’t received the code.
The customer service rep initially said she would “follow up” with the marketing team but never got back.
I had since contacted her 3 more times and she just replied “there is no update” and dropped the ball. I have opened another ticket to see if I can get a better customer service rep…And I found on HP Community web site that many people have the same problem…
