Health-Guard eliminates the harmful Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) and reduces the negative Blue Light that affects our eyes and body. Custom-tailored for each panel, it maintains color accuracy. While the colors may appear unusual initially, your brain will adjust to perceive them as accurate – this is what sets Health-Guard apart from alternatives like f.lux. The profile now has a higher color temperature, making it suitable for all-day use, not just at night. It simulates the appearance of paper, reducing eye strain significantly. *Please keep your Windows brightness slider at its maximum position, and control luminance using the “No PWM brightness slider” integrated in our LM profiles. Pro Tip: As the Health-Guard profile simulates paper and provides highly accurate colors, it can be an excellent tool for prepress designers! This profile is a fusion of our previous "Web Design" and "Gaming and Movie Nights" profiles. It's tailored for designers who work with colors professionally and is equally great for gaming and movie watching. Whether you're a designer seeking leisure in games and movies or simply someone who appreciates high-quality visuals, this profile is for you. "Design and Gaming" pushes display panels to their limits, ensuring as much accuracy as possible in the sRGB IEC61966-2-1 standard for Web and HDTV, with a white point set at D65. Color accuracy (lower result indicators are better) Below, you can see a comparison of the MSI Katana 15 (B13V) with default settings (left) and with the “Design and Gaming” profile (right). Despite the panel's limited coverage restricting our ability to improve color accuracy, we've managed to greatly enhance the accuracy of gray levels.
