The new Dell Inspiron 7573 (15 7000 2-in-1) – specs, features, configurations and prices

Dell’s lineup of Intel Core 8th gen-equipped notebook consists of quite a few models. Every 13,15 and 17-inch model has a regular and 2-in-1 version with a 360-degree hinge and touchscreen. Yesterday, we mentioned the Inspiron 7373  2-in-1 and now it is time to take a quick look at the Inspiron 7573 or 15 7000 2-in-1 which is as the second name suggests a 15-inch 2-in-1 notebook.

The Inspiron 7573 features a 15.6-inch IPS touchscreen display. The available configurations in our Laptops Specs system are all with Full HD (1920 x 1080p) panels but they will be version with 4K UHD (3840 x 2160p) in the future. The notebook is powered by up to an 8th gen Core i7 ULV chip which has four physical cores and Hyper-Threading technology enabled.

The processor is backed up by up to 16GB of 2400MHz DDR4 RAM which is shared with the integrated UHD Graphics 620. However, there is an option to add a external GPU – the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 940MX which is not much of an upgrade but at least it will have its own memory.

The Inspiron 7573 provides users with many storage options. You can go for a conventional 2.5-inch HDD with a capacity of up to 2TBbut you can also combine it with an M.2 SSD that supports PCIe NVMe drives up to 512GB. The M.2 is also compatible with Intel’s Optane drives.

The Inspiron 7573 weighs 2.26 kg (5 lbs) including the 3-cell 42WHr battery unit. As many of the others 8th gen-equipped models, the Dell Inspiron 7573 features an infrared camera for face recognition along the regular 720p webcam.

You can check out all configurations of the Dell Inspiron 7573 in our Laptops Specs system. The device should be already available in some regions at a starting price of around $799.
