While the US market is still waiting for the arrival of the Ideapad 700 in some stores, some European countries are already stocking up on the high-performance multimedia notebook. In fact, the notebook can be found in Germany, for example, in both flavors – with 15-inch and 17-inch screen.

The configurations, however, are a bit expensive as most of them come with an M.2 PCIe SSD but there are some basic configurations with more than reasonable price tag. We are also unsure of the M.2 stick in the current configurations whether they support NVMe or not because our recent tests show that the motherboard can utilize the NVMe standard without any problems. And when you add the IPS Full HD panel, 8GB of DDR4-2133 RAM, Intel Core i7-6700HQ CPU and GTX 960M GPU, this laptop is just a no-brainer for the asking price.
