日本MSI Pulse 15 (B13V) review – klim omhoog in de gelederen
MSI Pulse is een laptop die betaalbaarheid wil combineren met echte prestaties. Dit onderscheidt het product van zijn naaste verwant – de Katana. Naast enkele visuele veranderingen vertrouwt de fabrikant echter op nog krachtigere hardware.
In vergelijking met de Katana is de processor die je krijgt de Intel Core i7-13700H. Deze heeft het volledige pakket P-cores en E-cores, in plaats van de beperkte Core i7-123620H die je op de Katana vindt.
Dit zal helpen bij zowel productiviteit als gaming, omdat er geen bottleneck verwacht hoeft te worden. MSI noemt de RTX 4070 die in deze machine zit een full power GPU. Dit betekent dat hij 140 W aan TGP heeft. Interessant genoeg zul je dat in games zelden halen. Spoiler alert – de koeling is geen probleem.
Op het moment van schrijven van deze review is de RTX 4060-versie van het apparaat uitgerust met een 1080p 360Hz beeldscherm, terwijl de RTX 4070 een 240Hz 1440p beeldscherm heeft.

4060’s sit at about 97 watts and 4070’s at 110 watts
I was completely surprised (in a good way) by MSI Pulse 15 B13V. I had never thought about buying an MSI laptop as it’s brand is not among the top famous in the category. I bought it at a computer store in Chicago and the sales person was skilfull enough to convince me it would be the best option when you’re looking for performance at an afordable price.
