1. Remove the bottom plate

There are a total of 9 Phillips-head screws that hold the bottom plate in place. Interestingly, all of them stay attached to the plate itself. This is extremely useful for people like us, who tend to lose screws around all the time. After you undo the screws, remove the panel by prying with a plastic tool.

2. Battery and storage

First things first, before you start with any removal of hardware from the motherboard, make sure you first disconnect the battery connector. Speaking of which, the battery itself is a rather beefy (for the size) 56Wh unit, that is mounted to the body via 5 screws. What is interesting about the battery is that it has a modular cable that can be removed from the battery for easier servicing. Just on the right of the power pack, there is an M.2 slot that is NVMe enabled.

3. Memory

In terms of memory, there are not one but two RAM DIMMs, which is pretty rare for a 14-inch device.

4. Cooling system

Expectedly, the cooling solution consists of a single heat pipe, connecting the CPU to a single heatsink. The size of the fan seems to be reasonable, given the thermal effective hardware.
