We return with another new business series by Lenovo – this time the focus of our short article is Lenovo ThinkPad T480 whose specs sheet we are going to cover briefly.

Starting off with hardware options, the latest 8th gen Intel Core processors take productivity to a whole new level. In addition, the graphics option here is the integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 that should be sufficient enough for all your various business tasks. Backed up by up to 32 GB of DDR4-2400 RAM, Lenovo ThinkPad T480 makes multitasking a breeze. As for storage, you can upgrade your machine with up to 512GB SSD + up to 500GB HDD.

Moving on, the 14-inch configurations offer a choice between an HD (1366 x 768) TN panel, Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS one, or WQHD (2560 x 1440) IPS one. In addition, the 1.60 kg (3.5 lbs) chassis measures at 19.95 mm thickness which speaks for pretty good portability. We should also mention the built-in Power Bridge technology, thanks to which if your notebook happens to run out of charge, a single battery swap is all it takes and you are good to go with a fully charged one without having to turn off the device.

Furthermore, Lenovo has made logging in easier than ever – a fingerprint or even the view of your face is enough if you opt for a configuration with an optional touch fingerprint reader and optional IR (infrared) camera. And finally, in terms of connectivity options, you are presented with 1x USB 3.1 Type-C port, 1x USB 3.0 Type-C port, 1x USB 3.0 Type-A port (Sleep and Charge), 1x USB 3.0 Type-A port, HDMI, SD card reader, combo audio jack, as well as Security Lock slot.
