GSmart Classic 5 is the new ultra-affordable smartphone to conquer the budget class

The Gigabyte subsidiary GSmart has some really interesting devices in store with the sole mission of aggressively invading the ultra-budget class.

We’ve got  information on one of them, GSmart Classic 5, which features a quad-core CPU, 5-inch IPS screen with HD resolution, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage and two cameras – 8MP on the back and 2MP in front. The phone runs Android 4.4 KitKat, but the 5.0 Lollipop update is already in the works. Classic 5 is powered by a 2000 mAh battery and, of course, has two SIM slots.

Interestingly, the specs look pretty identical to those of the current generation Moto G, so if the price is as “amazing” as our sources say, that would be a great deal. Stay tuned for more information.
