Battle royale games are getting more and more popular and Apex Legends is one of the top dogs in the genre. It combines interesting and challenging gameplay with good graphics, an adequate soundtrack, different game modes, and a lot of weapons.

Visually, the game looks good and it’s based on Valve’s Source engine. Yes, it looks much different compared to other Source-based games like CS:GO for example. Because of the big open world and the bumped graphical details, Apex Legends isn’t as light as other games that are using the same engine as Team Fortress 2. Still, a not-so-expensive dGPU with a 4GB VRAM buffer like the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti [Laptop, 95W] is enough to show more than 120 FPS on Max details.
