3 reasons to BUY the Fujitsu Lifebook U939X

1. The build

The weight is just 1.00 kg which is a great advantage in terms of portability. The profile is 16.9 mm only. The magnesium chassis has passed the Military Standard MIL-STD-810G test and it should be able to sustain some accidental drops on the floor.

2. Good screen

The Fujitsu LifeBook U939X has a 1080p IPS touchscreen panel (Sharp LQ133M1JW35 SHP14B0) that has a good contrast ratio and comfortable viewing angles – very important for 2-in-1 devices. The panel has an impressive 97% sRGB color coverage and it is suitable for people that have a color-sensitive job.

3. Wide I/O selection

Fujitsu is very generous when it comes to the I/O section of this device. On the left side, there is the power plug, two USB Type-C 3.1 (Gen. 1) ports with Thunderbolt support, an HDMI connector, a USB 3.1 (Type-A) port, an audio jack, and a Smart Card reader. On the right side, we can see a hidden RJ-45 connector, another USB Type-A 3.1 port, and an SD card reader. Additionally, on the same side, you’ll find a Power On/Off button and an LTE card slot.

2 reasons to BUY the Fujitsu Lifebook U939X

1. Loud under load

The cooling has just one fan with a relatively small size. The result is a loud device even at some simple operations/loads like installing a new program or transferring files.

2. The keyboard

The keyboard has a relatively long key travel and decently sized keycaps. However, the feedback is mushy and that’s why it’s not very comfortable for long typing sessions.

This would be the best lightweight business laptop if they massively improved the cooling and redesigned the chassis, and added Ice Lake processors.
