[Comparison] AMD Ryzen 7 6800U vs Intel Core i7-1260P – A very good matchup

The CPU landscape is looking good, as both Intel and AMD have a wide selection of powerful and efficient chips that can handle all types of work. Today, we have two CPUs that strive to find the balance between performance and efficiency, which is key for thinner and lighter laptops that want to maximize power without overheating.

That’s why the Ryzen 7 6800U and the Core i7-1260P exist, and today they go to battle with each other, to see which is better both when the CPUs and the iGPUs are concerned.

     Conclusion

Both CPUs definitely have their weak and strong sides, as the Ryzen 7 seems a lot more comfortable in 3D Rendering than it does in 2D Rendering. Once we move to graphics performance, the RDNA 2 iGPU inside the AMD CPU towers over its competition from Intel in benchmarks. In games, both iGPUs perform well, with AMD having the edge at higher settings.
