Intel is asking the same bulk price for the both ULV CPUs – $409.00 USD. That’s a good starting point because the faster one will be the better choice.

The next stop is the specs. The differences are small because the Core i7-10510U got the lead with a bit higher boost clock (4.90 GHz to 4.60 GHz) and supports a bit higher memory frequencies (DDR4-2666 vs DDR4-2400), compared to i7-8565U. That’s all, the other specs are almost identical.
