iPhone 8 preview – 4.7” screen, 2GB RAM and 12MP main camera

The American tech giant Apple announced its latest generation iPhone models in September this year. Today we will go through the most important features that the flagship iPhone 8 has. If you are interested, you can check the model over HERE.

4.7 – inch screen and iOS 11

The screen of iPhone 8 comes with a diagonal of 4.7 inches and IPS panel. Its resolution is 1334 x 750 pixels which will provide you with image detail of around 326 ppi. Moreover, the aspect ratio is 16:9. In addition, the oleophobic coating protects the display from oily fingerprints.

The battery has a capacity of 1821 mAh which means up to 40 hours of standby time or up to 14 of talk time. Additionally, the flagship weighs 148 grams, while the available operating system is iOS 11. As far as connectivity options are concerned, you get Bluetooth 5.0, A2DP, LE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS.

Moving on, the iPhone 8 hardware is based on the Apple A11 Bionic mobile processor. It is 6-core – it has two high-performance Monsoon cores and four energy-efficient Mistral cores. The Apple GPU takes care of the graphics performance. In addition, you get 2 GB of RAM and you can choose a model with either 64 GB or 256 GB internal storage.

And finally, we will take a look at the major specifications of both cameras. The main sensor is 12 MP and has f/1.8 aperture, autofocus, OIS, as well as LED flash.
