[Comparison] AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS vs Intel Core i7-12650H – Both are better in their respective use-cases
While Intel has their P-series processors for when they need to have thinner and lighter laptops perform well, they also have some of their H-series with a slightly lower core count, but still the same 45W TDP. So far there are the Core i5-12450H and Core i7-12650H, which have shown good performance in smaller devices like the TUF Dash F15 and the Swift 3 from ASUS and Acer, respectively. Like it or not, these laptops are competing directly against the HS-series from AMD, which is offered inside many of the same form factor devices.
Today we’re comparing the latest HS-series chip to come out of AMD’s factory, the Ryzen 7 7735HS against the Core i7-12650H, to see which comes out on top and what to look for when buying your next laptop.

Conclusion
The two CPUs are better in their respective fields, with AMD showing more 3D Rendering performance, while the Intel chip is continuously faster in Photoshop. So, when looking at what device to get, you should always factor in what you need it for, and pick the best hardware for the job, even if it isn’t between these two chips.
