ADATA releases yet another SSD but this time for some serious users. The IM2P3388 is a high-end PCIe M.2 NVMe which is based on 3D MLC NAND Flash technology. The M.2 2280 form factor drive delivers write speeds of up to 1100 MB/s and reads of up to 2500 MB/s. It comes in up to 1 TB in capacity options, starting from 128 GB. It also offers numerous features like S.M.A.R.T, TRIM, power fail protection, and secure erase.

It is also very rugged – designed to work under extreme temperatures measuring from -40 to 90 degrees Celsius. It is also vibration and shock resistant. It is not waterproof but it can work in humid environments ranging from 5% to 95% humidity. The IM2P3388 is EMI and ESD proof making it one of the most secure SSDs on the market.

The company recently released another NVMe SSD – the Marvell-equipped SX9000. ADATA is trying to push the adoption of M.2 3D NAND drives.
