The Dell S2817Q monitor uses an excellent IPS panel with minor drawbacks all of which can be fixed with some calibration from our custom profiles. The package contains the usual Office work, Design & Gaming and Health-Guard profiles, each of which will improve the overall image quality in certain aspects. We also suggest reading our dedicated article regarding blue light emissions and PWM and how our custom Health-Guard profile reduces the Blue Light’s impact and eliminates the harmful PWM.

The Dell S2817Q offers a nice Ultra HD 4K (3840 x 2160) TN with 72% color coverage (NTSC), decent maximum brightness (300 cd/m²), and standard contrast ratio (1000:1).

Health-Guard eliminerar den skadliga pulsbreddsmoduleringen (PWM) och minskar det negativa blå ljuset som påverkar våra ögon och vår kropp. Eftersom den är skräddarsydd för varje panel lyckas den hålla färgerna perceptuellt korrekta. Health-Guard simulerar papper så att trycket på ögonen minskar avsevärt.
