[Comparison] Intel Core i7-1195G7 vs Core i7-1165G7 – hardly any difference

ULV-series CPUs are getting better and better since architectures are using smaller processes, all of which improve both efficiency and performance. Today we have two very similar processors, if not identical processors.

The Core i7-1195G7 and Core i7-1165G7 share the same architecture, core count, and cache size. They even use the same iGPU, the Iris Xe Graphics G7. This comparison will likely come down to the laptops themselves and their ability to harness the chip’s performance properly.

Today we are comparing the Intel Core i7-1195G7 against the Core i7-1165G7.

    Conclusion

In conclusion, the difference between the two CPUs is negligible and so little that you’d hardly notice it. Both the CPU and GPU performance is very similar. Choosing between the two should be done on a laptop per laptop basis, as every device differs a lot when it comes to its thermal management. You should also factor in the price of the laptop of choice.
