Need For Speed Heat is the successor of Need For Speed Payback and it uses the same game engine as the older game. Speaking of the engine, the title looks good and it offers some decent places to look at while racing.
The Frostbite 3 engine is well-optimized and this game runs just fine on not-so-powerful GPUs like the NVIDIA GeForce MX450 (GDDR6 / 25W) at least on Low settings. It’s not a surprise that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (165W) is the winner in this comparison. This GPU is 32% faster on average compared to its smaller sibling. Speaking of which, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (140W) is performing well, yes, it’s slower than its green rival but it delivers great performance for less money.
