It was just a few days ago that we published our Huawei P9 Lite review in which you may very well have been impressed by the high results in the performance tests. These achievements make the model in question one of the most powerful smartphones in this price range. The reason for this is the available HiSilicon Kirin 650 mobile processor that comes with four Cortex-A53, ticking at 2.00 GHz, and another four Cortex-A53 cores, ticking at 1.7 GHz. The CPU is accompanied by the Mali-T830MP2 GPU and 2GB of RAM.

In our smartphone CPU performance ranking the smartphone occupies the 24th position, and it is hard to find any cheaper smartphones ahead of it. P9 Lite managed to surpass models such as last year’s Huawei flagship smartphone – P8, as well as other popular devices such as Nexus 5X and Samsung J7 (2016). Also commendable is P9 Lite’s position in our GPU ranking where it has surpassed models such as Sony Xperia XA, Lenovo Vibe S1, HTC One A9, and many others.
