[FPS Benchmarks] PUBG on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 [40W and 50W] – the bigger one can reach 66 FPS on Ultra

Battle royal games are well-liked among gamers and one of the most popular titles in this genre is PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG). What’s is so addictive about this game? One big map, a lot of players, and the last man standing wins – it sounds simple but it isn’t. You have to scavenge ammo and weapons and you have to play very strategically if you want to win the match.

This game isn’t very heavy, especially on Low and Medium settings. Even a bit old GPUs like GTX 1050 can provide a playable experience with over 60 FPS (Low settings). Verdict

Both video cards show good FPS results in PUBG. If you need as many frames as possible, Low preset is your best friend but if we have to be honest, the game is a bit ugly-ish when the visual quality is set to the minimum. Medium is a good compromise between visual quality and performance.

No matter the graphics settings, the GeForce GTX 1650 [50W] is clearly faster than the GeForce GTX 1650 [40W]. The differences aren’t huge but 25% more performance on Low settings and 18% plus on Ultra is a respectable performance gap. So the GeForce GTX 1650 [50W] is just the better GPU when it comes to PUBG.
