Ever since the first Surface Book was released, Microsoft somewhat reinvented the term "laptop convertible". Instead of offering a 360-degree hinge, which allows you to use the entirety of your laptop as a tablet, they are using a snap-on feature, which ultimately enables you to detach the display from the rest of the machine.Expectedly, this is easier said than done. As you may know, most of the laptop's internals are located in the base - the battery, the processor and the motherboard, as well as pretty much everything else. However, in order to make a notebook of this type, Microsoft had to shuffle things a bit.
