The new ASUS VivoBook Flip 15 TP510 – prices, specs, features and configurations

Today we would like to present you the new ASUS VivoBook Flip 15 TP510 which is the first of its class to feature the company’s notorious NanoEdge display.

The ASUS VivoBook Flip 15 TP510 is a new powerful everyday assistant to carry everywhere you go. The stylish aluminum chassis catches the eye with its thin 18.8mm profile and 1.9kg weight. It hosts up to an 8th generation Intel Core i7-8550U quad-core processor and up to an NVIDIA GeForce 940MX discrete graphics card with 2GB GDDR5 memory. All of this is backed by up to 16GB of DDR4 RAM and a variety of storage options including a big 1TB hard drive or up to 512GB SSD.

As we mentioned, the VivoBook Flip 15 TP510 is the first of its class to feature a NanoEdge display. The TP510 is a 15.6-inch convertible which fits inside the frame of a typical 14-inch laptop thanks to the ultra-thin 8.1mm NanoEdge bezels around the display which results in a 79.4% screen-to-body ratio. The small footprint and light weight make the VivoBook Flip 15 TP510 ideal for carrying.

The display itself features an IPS panel with 178 degrees viewing angles, Full HD (1920 x 1080p) resolution and optional 45% NTSC color gamut coverage. The accurate touchscreen display can be used with the ASUS Pen which detects 1024 levels of pressure and from 10 to 300g pen tip force giving you the ability to write and draw on the screen as if on paper.

The VivoBook Flip 15 TP510 is feature packed with its ASUS SonicMaster audio enhancement, full-sized keyboard with 1.4mm key travel and optional backlight with ambient light control, optional fingerprint sensor with Windows Hello support, and a plethora of connectivity options including a USB Type-C port, HDMI, and dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi.
