ADATA reveals the XPG SX950U – a new 2.5″ gaming SSD

Today’s short publication is dedicated to a new announcement by ADATA. What we have in mind is the new ADATA XPG SX950U a 2.5″ gaming SSD which is bound to appeal to all gamers on a budget. As you might have noticed from the title, this product is part of the XPG gaming lineup.

This bad boy makes use of the latest gen of 3D NAND Flash technology which basically means an increase in performance and reliability. A very important specification to be considered when it comes to SSDs are the read/write speeds. In our case, we are looking at 560/520 MB/s respectively. Of course, there’s more to the new product. The SX950U employs LDPC ECC (Low Density Parity Check Code) which in layman’s terms means higher quality data-transmission. Among other features supported by this SSD, we find an integrated RAID engine and Data Shaping technology which ensures longer product life.

Last but not least, the ADATA XPG SX950U ships with an extended 5 years of warranty which only comes to show the manufacturer’s trust in the high quality of its product.
