Lenovo ThinkPad L13 Yoga Gen 4 (Intel) review – transformer with color-accurate display and near-silent cooling fan
Not so long ago, a convertible laptop was a rare find. These days, you can see such devices in many different price categories and form factors. The Lenovo ThinkPad L13 Yoga Gen 4 (Intel) is a not-so-expensive 2-in-1 office machine with a touchscreen and powerful enough hardware for business needs.
Speaking of which, you can choose between five 15W Intel Raptor Lake U-series CPUs. These chips seem like the right choice for a thin and light 13-incher. There are no dGPU options but the iGPUs are paired with a LPDDR5 memory in dual-channel mode and the overall performance is at least decent. Yep, gamers in the office should be happy – our laptop can show around 86FPS in CS:GO on Max details which is a respectable result.
Aside from that, you can transform this machine into a well-secured fortress if your wallet is wide enough. The IR camera with face recognition, the fingerprint reader, the Smart card reader, and the 4G support are optional features. This applies to the vPro CPU options, the Lenovo Pen, NFC support, and the keyboard backlight. The privacy shutter, the dTPM 2.0 chip, the self-healing BIOS, and the Kensington Nano Security Slot are available for all notebooks.
This notebook is a good choice for people who are constantly on the go and need a light 2-in-1 laptop with a touchscreen for tasks like taking notes with the pen, sketching, presenting, etc.

What’s in the box?
Inside the box, we found an optional Lenovo Integrated Pen, the laptop itself, some paperwork, and a 65W USB Type-C charger. The 45W adapter is for the not-so-powerful machines of the series. Depending on your region, your laptop can be bundled with a USB-C to Ethernet Adapter, a USB-C to USB-A Adapter, or a 2m USB-C to USB-C Cable.
