L’ASUS TUF Gaming F15 (FX507, 2023) ha un’ottima qualità costruttiva. La selezione di porte è molto buona, con un paio di USB Type-A, un connettore Thunderbolt 4 e una porta USB Type-C completa. Inoltre, sono presenti un vero connettore HDMI 2.1, una porta LAN e un jack audio. Manca un lettore di schede SD.
Il lato positivo è che anche la situazione delle porte all’interno è buona. Sono presenti due slot DDR4 SODIMM per l’espansione della memoria e due slot M.2 PCIe x4 per le unità SSD di quarta generazione.
Non dimentichiamo l’ottima durata della batteria. Abbiamo ottenuto circa 13 ore di navigazione sul Web e quasi 11 ore e 30 minuti di riproduzione video. Si tratta di un risultato eccezionale per una macchina da gioco. Tuttavia, è necessario tenere presente che c’è un’impostazione che deve essere attivata.
Stiamo parlando del display adattivo, che può funzionare sia a 144 Hz che a 60 Hz. Questo è un fattore importante per l’efficienza che abbiamo riscontrato durante il test della batteria di questo notebook.
Il pannello IPS di ASUS TUF Gaming F15 (FX507, 2023) ha una risoluzione Full HD, angoli di visione confortevoli e un rapporto di contrasto decente. Copre il 92% della gamma di colori sRGB, mentre il nostro profilo Gaming and Web design lo aiuta a raggiungere un’ottima precisione dei colori.
Inoltre, il display non utilizza il PWM per la regolazione della luminosità. Il refresh avviene a 144 Hz, ma i tempi di risposta dei pixel sono un po’ lenti, il che può portare a fenomeni di ghosting.
Purtroppo non possiamo ignorare le scarse prestazioni della CPU. Speriamo davvero che ASUS disponga di un aggiornamento futuro per risolvere il problema. È possibile che anche la nostra unità sia difettosa, ma non scommettiamo su questo.
Alla fine dei conti, questo dispositivo è abbastanza buono per i giochi. Inoltre, l’editing delle foto richiede quasi pochissimo tempo. Se non vi serve per qualcosa come la modellazione 3D, vi divertirete con questa macchina.

Hi, i have a question for you guys. i’m in doubt between buying the Asus TUF f15 with i7-12700H and RTX 4060 or the Acer Nitro 5 An517-55 with i7-12700H and RTX 3060. Hey, luca, Sorry that it took me ages to write you back. If I have to be completely honest with you, it really depends on what you need the laptop for. Ultimately, the RTX 4060 is the better GPU of the two, and naturally, if both devices share the same processor and price tag, the more viable option would be to go for the RTX 4060 (in this case, the TUF F15). I know this is late but how much is the wattage of the Nitro 5? remember even if its a 4060 if it has a lower wattage over the 3060, the 3060 will outperform the 4060

Hey. I just got this laptop yesterday and I’m having issues: performance in cb23 and timespy is much worse than I see here. I get 12000 graphic score in timespy, about 1500 / 14500 for cb23 single / multi.
Also in games it heats like to 90-95

Hello, I have a question about the RAM.
I have a asus TUF f15 FX507VV-ds91 with a i9 core and RTX4060 and 2x8gig 3200MHz DDR4 so-dimm
I wanted to know if it is possible upgrade this to a DDR5 so-dimm 32g or 64g RAM. I read from the asus website and it does support DDR5 rams but only at 24g RAM. So I am a bit confused on this matter.
