OP1 is a Google-branded mobile processor by Rockchip (codenamed RK3399), made especially for Chromebooks. It has 6 cores – two Cortex-A72 (high performance) and four Cortex-A53 (battery saving) + dedicated NEON processor for accelerating media and signal processing.
Rockchip RK3399 (OP1) integrates Mali T860 MP4 GPU supporting OpenGL ES1.1/2.0/3.0, OpenCL1.2 and DirectX11.1.
OP1 supports up to 4GB DDR3/DDR3L/LPDDR3/LPDDR4 RAM.
