Watch the Galaxy Note 8 launch live! (Aug 23, 11:00 EDT)

Tonight, Samsung is officially announcing its new top model – Galaxy Note 8. The event of the South Korean company begins exactly at 11:00 EDT. Of course, you can expect top-notch capabilities. The latest rumors claimed that the smartphone will feature a 6.3-inch curved screen and dual camera in which one of the sensors offers 3x optical zoom, while the other takes shots in black and white.

In addition, you can expect 6GB RAM and Snapdragon 835 and/or Exynos 8895 mobile processor. It is also said that in the US and Europe the smartphone will come in versions with 64GB and 128 GB internal storage, while in Asia there will be a 256GB version. Moreover, a fingerprint sensor, pulse sensor, iris scanner, 3300mAh battery and S Pen will probably be available as well. The operating system should be Android 8.0 Oreo with Bixby.

The price is expected to be around 1000 Euros in Europe but we are soon to find out whether this is true. You can check for availability and prices here.
