Intel Iris Graphics 5100 or also known as GT3 is an integrated graphics processor used in chips from Intel that are part of the Haswell generation processors. The GT3e core boasts 40 Execution Units (EUs) that are clocked up to 1200 MHz, depending on the type of the processor into which the iGPU is integrated.
The Intel Iris Graphics 5100 supports DirectX 11.1, Pixel Shader 5.0, OpenGL 4.0, OpenCL 1.2 and moreover – improved 4K video decoding and Quick Sync encoder. The GPU can support up to three displays simultaneously. The power consumption of the whole chip (along with the CPU and memory controller) is lowered to 28W.
The benchmark results are from Notebookcheck.
