NVIDIA Quadro M1000M is a mid-range graphics chip, announced in Q4 of 2015. It is part of the Maxwell generation and relies on a GM107 core, constructed through a 28nm process. It includes 512 CUDA cores, 32 TMUs and 16 ROPs. The GPU operates at a base 993MHz and can boost to up to 1072MHz. The memory runs at 1253MHz, while the bandwidth is 80GB/sec.
The chip has a 128-bit bus, 2GB of GDDR5 memory, and its power consumption peaks at 40 watts. NVIDIA Quadro M1000M supports Optimus, PhysX, 3D Vision Pro, nView, DirectX 12 and CUDA (Compute Capability 5.0).
