Imagination PowerVR GX6250 can be found in the ARM based SoC chips, part of the of the PowerVR Series6XT family, based on Rogue architecture. The graphic chip has been developed using a 28nm process and includes unified shader architecture with two clusters, two TMUs and 64 FP32-ALUs.
PowerVR GX6250 operates at a maximum of 700MHz and supports OpenGL 3.x/4.x, OpenGL ES 3.x and DirectX 10.
